Recipe: Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fudge
Makes 15 servings
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ¾ cocoa powder
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ¾ maple syrup/agave
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper (size is dependent on how thick you would like the fudge slices)
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
- Pour mixture into the baking pan and set in the fridge until firm (around 3 hours).
- Remove the set mixture from the parchment paper and cut into squares with a sharp knife
