Yes! It’s important to us that you feel good about wearing our clothing and accessories, and using our products. That’s why we ensure they’re always ethically and responsibly made.

Because we use eco-friendly water-based ink for our designs, the print can fade easily, so it's important to follow the below care instructions:

For printed designs

  1. Always wash in cold water.
  2. Hand wash if specified on the tag.
  3. Don't use bleach or any strong detergent products.
  4. Do not machine dry. Hang or lay flat to air dry.
  5. Wash similar clothes together.

For hoodies

  1. Wear your hoodie as many times as possible before washing it. Since you'll probably wear a shirt underneath your hoodie, it won't need washing as frequently as clothes that come into direct contact with your skin.
  2. Turn your hoodie inside-out before washing, especially if it has a screen print or applique on the front. If the hoodie zips, zip it first.
  3. Wash in cold water on the gentle cycle with a color-preserving laundry detergent.
  4. Hang to dry instead of tossing it in the dryer. Not only does this help it last longer, but it can also prevent shrinking.
  5. Store your hoodie in a cool, dry, dark place during warm weather. Wash and air-dry it before storing. Use a garment bag for extra protection.

Warnings

Don't use a detergent that contains bleach.

Don't add bleach to the load when washing your hoodie.

ORDERS

Our clothing is printed on demand to prevent waste due to excess inventory. This means processing times will vary according to demand (shorter or longer, depending), but, in general, your order’s processing time will be 4 - 8 business days.

There may be an occasional delay due to customs clearance processes or out of stock items.

We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 3 - 4 days to update.

You can also get the latest updates about your order by creating an account with us.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed in our system. However, you can place a new order for the items you wish to purchase and we can cancel your original order. You'll get the refund for the original order within 5-10 business days.

Please email us at info@wholesomeculture.com if you'd like to cancel your original order.

You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:

  1. Double check that the email address you provided is correct
  2. Check your spam folder
  3. Please send an email to info@wholesomeculture.com and ask our support team to resend the order confirmation

Shipping & Duties

Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Worldwide.

At this time we do not ship to Guatemala, Indonesia, Kenya, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Panama, Qatar, and South Africa.

Shipping costs vary according to where you’re located.

Shipping times vary depending on where you’re located, as outlined in the table below:

Please note that our clothing is printed on demand to prevent waste due to excess inventory. Please take that into account as additional to the shipping times outlined above.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.

Please be aware that Wholesome Culture does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what the cost will be as these charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.

We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 3 - 4 days to update.

There are a few potential reasons why this happened:

  1. The address provided was incorrect or information was missing.
  2. The item is waiting to be collected but wasn't picked up within the allotted time.
  3. The addressee was not available at the time of delivery.

    To have your order re-shipped, please send us an email at info@wholesomeculture.com.

If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify that the address you provided is correct
  2. Check with your neighbors
  3. Contact your local post office
  4. Email us at info@wholesomeculture.com for support

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.

If the package is not picked up within three days, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.

United Arab Emirates orders must provide a PO box address or the item will not be delivered.

You will pay the postage to ship back.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.

  1. We only accept size exchanges.
  2. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.
  3. All items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
  4. Please pack your items with their tags and the invoice included in the original packaging.
  5. Please include your order number.
  6. You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please ensure to order the correct size.
  7. You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
  8. After mailing the item back, kindly email a copy of the receipt and the tracking number to info@wholesomeculture.com.
  9. As soon as we receive the return, we will issue you a store credit to place a new order for the correct size.

  2. Select 'Store Credit'.
  3. You will receive an email for the exchange process with the shipping label.
  4. Print the label.
  5. Mail the item (in its original packaging) to:

  6. You will receive an email containing the store credit.
  7. Place an order for the correct size.

Important notice: You will be responsible for paying the postage fee on the new order.

  3. Send us an email to info@wholesomeculture.com with the tracking number of the return.
  4. We will monitor the parcel using the tracking number you provided.
  5. You will receive an email containing the store credit.
  6. Use the store credit to place a new order.

Important notice: We will not issue the store credit without a tracking number.
