Graph Design + Social Media Intern (Paid Position)

Position overview

Can be done remotely.

This is an entry-level opportunity for a creative and autonomous individual looking to improve their skills at designing for our social media and other assets as well as understand social media marketing by being part of the creation and the strategy.

We are looking for an intern that can help with everyday marketing assets designs and social media designs which includes the launch of our new product and our promotions.

You will specifically be the one creating the graphics for Instagram stories (up to 3 a day), the Instagram post, and if you are comfortable even more like products development designs.

As a design and social media intern, you will help build excitement around the new product as well as existing products on social, and work within an amazing team of marketers.

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurship skills, a love for social media, and an interest in e-commerce. For people who are looking to advance their career and skill set, this is the job for you!

Special note**: This position is not right for someone who still needs to learn aspects of the mechanics or features of Photoshop and does not have a really good eye for design.


Create visually stunning branded content for social media such as Instagram stories, Instagram post, some Facebook post, some website designs if needed and may include a newsletter.

Create a strategy behind the graphics and explain and elaborate on this strategy with our marketing team.

Come up with new ideas in term of interaction and designs

Come up with original and creative ideas for the Instagram post and Facebook post.


A solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals (layout, composition, color theory)

Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

Strong typography skills

A great attitude and desire to develop new skills and perspectives

You get to work from wherever you want. As long as you have consistent hours

You get to have hands-on real work experience and education on social media marketing while being paid for it!

You can grow with the company, as we have plenty of room to put you full-time once you are done with school.

If you stay with us for more than 6 months and become full-time, you get to perhaps be part of our next company retreat.

Director of Social and Digital Marketing

We are looking for a director of digital marketing to develop, lead, implement with the team and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

You need to be: amazing at leading a team, obsessed with ROI, proven leadership skills, very knowledgeable in growth marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.


Plan, lead and execute all digital marketing, including SMM/SEM/SEO, marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns

Lead and mentor a marketing team of 3 - 5 people

Own and deliver on growth/sales goals

Design and grow our social media presence

Lead/run all paid media campaigns with the focus of budget on Facebook

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, lead execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize the user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Have an aesthetic eye for design


Prior leadership role in developing and implementing a digital strategy to build brand equity and drive sales/revenue growth

Proven working experience in digital marketing preferably from an agency

Experience with eCommerce

Demonstrable experience leading and managing in email strategy and social media

Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Working knowledge of ad serving tools

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Experience managing direct reports

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Graphic Designer 
Web design + Branding

We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills.
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
  • Responsibilities

    • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
    • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
    • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
    • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards


    • Proven work experience as a web designer
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Social Media & Marketing - Internship

The ideal candidate understands consumer attention and is able to create compelling content for the platforms that matter. From editing photo and video content to creating animations... and graphics, you must be able to use Photoshop or photo and basic video editing software.

You must also have an eye for design.

• Create photos / quotes and content looking visually great for the Instagram + Facebook page

• Come up with contest and partnership with other brands
• Give news innovative ideas but also ... Execute on those ideas.
• Create content photos and videos (2-3 videos per week) with our product to use on social media
• Edit 1-2 smalls videos per week
• Research user-generated content
• Create compelling Instagram Stories by curating, editing, and optimizing videos and photos
• Work with the broader team to grow social pages and optimize videos, stories and photos
• Explore new social video and photo opportunities, whether it's new platforms, new channels, new priorities, or new formats

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience producing and editing digital content or example of previous work (your own Instagram or example of things you would do for us can be use)
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final cut pro (video editing software)
• Extremely knowledgeable about Instagram
• Interest in social platforms and data
• Must be comfortable working on Illustrator or Photoshop
• Must have great communication skills and be able to give and receive critical feedback
• Must be meticulous, technical, organized, and creative at the same time
Must be entrepreneurial and not require micromanagement
