You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Wholesome Culture does not have any control for any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot tell you what the cost will be as these charges can vary and as the packages that go through customs are randomly selected.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, If the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it yet, contact customs right away! There is a chance you need to pick up the package.
IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 3 DAYS, THE ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER. WE CAN RESHIP THE ORDER BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE AGAIN.
Wholesome Culture is not responsible in any cases for customs taxes on international orders.
Processing time: Please note our items are printed on demand to avoid holding too much inventory and print anything that goes out of season and needs to be thrown away. Yes, 100%. We print most of our items in New York.
The leggings, sports bras, and t-shirts are 100% US made.
Some of our hoodies aren't made in the USA, but by an international 100% sweatshop-free manufacturer.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number might take up to 3-4 days before it updates.

If you can't find it, You can e-mail us at email@example.com telling us the e-mail you used to purchase and your order number.
We only do size exchange.
You are allowed to exchange for one time only so make sure to order the correct size
The items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
You can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.
You will have to pay the return shipping and we will shoulder the shipping cost for the new item.
After sending the item back, kindly send us the copy of the receipt and the Tracking Number and by then, we can process the store credit so you can reorder the size you prefer.
