Recipe: Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fudge

Makes 15 servings

  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¾ cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¾  maple syrup/agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
    1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper (size is dependent on how thick you would like the fudge slices)
    2. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
    3. Pour mixture into the baking pan and set in the fridge until firm (around 3 hours).
    4. Remove the set mixture from the parchment paper and cut into squares with a sharp knife
    Voilà!  Enjoy!
